Find Out Her Ring Size
Once you have all of this figured out, you will, of course, need to know her ring size. Perhaps, once again, you can ask a friend or family member if he or she would know this helpful fact. Or … you can “kidnap” one of her rings – just long enough to have it sized though, of course. One way to determine her ring size is to trace a ring of hers on a piece of scrap paper.
Another popular method is to press a ring on a piece of hard soap in order to obtain the imprint of the ring. Then, simply bring your excellent “sleuth work” into a jewelers to obtain a size for her ring. (remember that this method only works on rings she wears on her “ring finger”). However, a ring can always be resized so this point is not a major one although it is always more convenient to get the size correct the first time.
Finally Mondera.Com has a chart which allows users to measure the circumference of the finger, using a piece of string or paper and figure out the ring size.
